US History
Course Goal
In this course, students will explore historical events and concepts that led to the development of our present day United States. This course will also cover the way the Constitution was created and how it evolved throughout time given different circumstances. Students will learn/develop multiple literacy skills to help support their ability to analytically think and express their understandings in multiple ways. We will use historical thinking skills to understand and connect course material to current events and study the diverse cultures and perspectives that exist in the United States today.
