Community Service

Community Service at BASE is in its 11th year and we are looking for dedicated young people that have a desire to help others and the drive to take a stand and make a change in their community. In the past, we have worked with outside organizations to raise money, food and awareness for those in need.
 
The link to add hours to your account for Community Service is here. For reporting certification of your community service hours, please bring in the community service signed document with a list of the hours and contact details for the supervisor of the service. Copies of that form can be found in the main office.
 
This year BASE's Community Service Club is collaborating with the organization BuildOn and they are looking for students of all grades to help with different projects that will benefit people around NYC and around the world. Community Service Requirements for Graduation at BASE
  • Class of 2023 - 90 hours are required for graduation (reduced by 10 hours due to fact that the 2020-2021 school year was a remote year)
  • Class of 2024 and onward - 100 hours are required for graduation
