CTE Computer Science

Students at BASE study Computer Science throughout their four years with us, and some graduate with an Advanced Regents Diploma with a Career and Technical Education (CTE) certificate, ready to go on to 4-year college or to directly into the workforce.

Computer science classes teach design thinking, programming in languages such as Java and Python design using HTML and Javascript; as well as areas like game design, data structures and cybersecurity.

12th Data and Design

Students can also take classes in UX/UI and Cybersecurity in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.
